COVID-19 Crisis

Carnivero remains open for online orders during the COVID-19 crisis.  We're doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers during the pandemic.  We are not taking any visitors or requests for onsite pickup at this time.  Some work restrictions may lead to slight delays in processing orders during certain times of the week.  Please be patient as we may take up to 3 business days to process your order.  However, we are still striving to get as many out the next day as possible.

USPS has been experiencing some delays; however, our live arrival guarantee still applies.  Even though shipping only takes a few days, we always pack plants as if they will need to last a month in transit (and in the extremely rare cases that they have been lost for weeks or more, they have still arrived looking great!)

We've noticed delays with First Class Mail going to certain areas so we've temporarily suspended that option for order over $40.  Priority Mail has generally been experiencing no delays or delays of only 1-2 days.  Priority Mail Express still offers its money back guarantee and we have not noticed any delays thus far.
