Shipping Ranges And Weather Protective Packaging

All plants come with guaranteed live arrival, unless otherwise stated. Plants are living things, and each variety has an acceptable temperature range. If temperatures are outside of this range, shipments will still be sent with the appropriate protective packing or held for short periods until the weather is more favorable. 

Types of Weather-Protective Packaging

Heat packs provide protection against temperatures down to 10 degrees below the recommended temperature range.  

Insulated boxes are lined with specialized materials that help protect plants from both heat and cold. When used alongside other protective packaging, they provide a safe way to transport plants for short periods.

Double-insulated boxes feature two layers of protective lining that provide enhanced temperature control and cushioning. This extra insulation helps safeguard plants from extreme heat or cold, making them ideal for more sensitive species and or harsher conditions.
