Pinguicula 'Pirouette' is an outstanding hybrid and one of our most highly recommended Mexican butterworts. It's a hybrid of P. agnata and P. (moranensis x ehlersiae) that is vigorous and forgiving in its watering requirements. The leaves can range from green to vibrant pink depending on light levels and it produces beautiful violet flowers frequently.
