Hailing from the Phillipines, Nepenthes ventricosa is known for being one of the hardiest and most adaptable Nepenthes species. It produces waisted, waxy pitchers that are tough and long-lasting. This pitcher plant clone produces blood red traps under ideal conditions and is incredibly vigorous. We’ve grown and flowered this plant in a whole gamut of conditions: lowland, intermediate, highland, windowsill, even outside.
