Introducing the Nepenthes appendiculata x veitchii 'Pink Candy Cane' CAR-0507 – a striking tropical pitcher plant that will elevate any collection. This hybrid features the enchanting deep pink body of the veitchii, adorned with brilliantly striped peristomes that add a vibrant flair to its appearance. Nepenthes appendiculata originates from the stunning Kelabit Highlands near Bareo in central Sarawak, This unique plant thrives at elevations of 1450–1700 m above sea level. Known for its fascinating enlarged glandular appendage on the lower lid surface. We expect these plants to grow well under a wide range of conditions given their wide range of parents, they are currently growing in our tropical greenhouse which is slightly warmer than the average intermediate conditions.
